Can I customize the type of territory?

Your DNBi administrator can customize the territory type and its values.  There are four pre-set territory types in DNBi.  They are: Business Unit, Product Line, Region and State.  These are the four most commonly types used to segment a company’s territories.  Besides these four pre-set types, you cannot customize and add your own territory type.  You can however, change the label name on the field name and make it your own.
