Can I retrieve a forgotten password?

Yes. If you’ve forgotten your password, just click on the Forgot Your Password link on the DNBi login page and follow the directions to retrieve your password. When establishing a new password after receiving a temporary one from D&B you may not re-use a prior password for security reasons.
