Do I have to map my file every time I import data?

No. As long as you don’t change the field layout of your file, you only need to save a field mapping the first time you import data into DNBi. DNBi auto-maps any files uploaded later using the field mapping that you saved.

If you change the field layout of your file (i.e., add new fields, remove fields, or change the order of fields in your file), you need to map the file again and save the new field mapping.
