How are account review rules triggered?

Account review rules are triggered as follows:

Account review rules might be associated with a RuleSet Review rules will then be evaluated only on those accounts which fulfill the ruleSet condition.

First, the AND conditions of the rule are evaluated (e.g., SIC Code = 5812 AND Account Score > 8). If ALL of the AND conditions are true, then the OR conditions of the rule are evaluated next. Otherwise, the rule outcome (Credit Hold Advised, Credit Review Required, Collections Required, or Credit Increase Recommended) is not triggered, and the next account review rule, if any, is evaluated.

Second, the OR conditions of the rule are evaluated (e.g., PAYDEX® > 80 OR CCS Percentile > 87). If ANY of the OR conditions are true, then the OVERRIDE conditions of the rule are evaluated next. Otherwise, the rule outcome (Credit Hold Advised, Credit Review Required, Collections Required, or Credit Increase Recommended) is not triggered, and the next account review rule, if any, is evaluated.

Third, the OVERRIDE conditions of the rule are evaluated (e.g., Bankruptcy OR Judgment). If ANY of the OVERRIDE conditions are true, then the rule outcome (Credit Hold Advised, Credit Review Required, Collections Required, or Credit Increase Recommended) is not triggered, and the next account review rule, if any, is evaluated. Otherwise, the rule outcome (Credit Hold Advised, Credit Review Required, Collections Required, or Credit Increase Recommended) is triggered.
