How are accounts assigned statuses in the Account Inbox?

Accounts reviewed by DNBi are automatically assigned an Account Inbox status (i.e., Credit Hold Advised, Credit Review Required, Collections Required, or Credit Increase Recommended) based on the account review rules set up by your administrator.

An account�s status changes as users take action on it. For example, if a user selects the Send to Credit Manager action when an account is in Credit Hold Advised status, the account�s status changes from Credit Hold Advised to Manager Review Required.
