What is on the Aging tab?
The Aging Tab displays the aging information imported from your accounts receivable system. Within this tab, you can view aging trends and aging trend graph.
An aging trend is the percentage difference between an aging value today and the aging value at some specific time in the past.
For example, if there's $1,000 in the 91+ Past Due bucket today and there was $500 in the 91+ Past Due bucket 1 month ago, then the 1 month aging trend is 100% (calculated as ($1,000 - $500) / $500), meaning that there has been a 100% increase in 91+ Past Due aging in the last month.
"NA" is displayed in a cell of the Aging Trend Summary table when a trend cannot be calculated. This occurs when aging data has only been imported once or when there's insufficient historical aging data to calculate a trend.
For example, if you imported aging data spanning the last 3 months, only the 1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, and 3 Month trends can be calculated. In this case, "NA" would be displayed in the 6 Months and 12 Months columns of the Aging Trend Summary table.
DNBi will archive Aging records after 12 months. Archived records can be retrieved by clicking on the Archived Aging tabe in the Aging section
