What is on the Custom Scores tab?

The Custom Scores tab displays custom score trends and custom scores trend graph on the account.

A custom score trend is the percentage difference between a score today and the score at some specific time in the past.

For example, if a score is 8 today and was 4 a month ago, then the 1 month aging trend is 100% (calculated as (8 - 4) / 4), meaning that there has been a 100% increase in the score in the last month.

"NA" is displayed in a cell of the Score Trend Summary table when a trend cannot be calculated. This occurs when a score's value has never changed or when there's insufficient historical score data to calculate a trend. For example, if you created a score 3 months ago, only the 1 Day, 1 Week, 1 Month, and 3 Month trends can be calculated. In this case, "NA" would be displayed in the 6 Months and 12 Months columns of the Score Trend Summary table.
