What are approval authorities?

Approval authorities are credit approval limits for various DNBi roles (e.g., $5,000 for the Credit Analyst I role). Your administrator can set approval authorities. If a user exceeds his approval authority when changing an account’s credit limit, the account is automatically routed to a manager for further review.
