What do I need to do before using DNBi?
The first time you login to DNBi, we recommend you visit DNBi Help to familiarize yourself with the application and key functionality. In DNBi Help you have access to:
- Product Guided Tours – First, familiarize yourself with the full breath of DNBi capabilities by viewing three online product tours: DNBi Introduction, DNBi Decision Maker, and DNBi Account Manager.
- Administration Guided Tours – Your system administrator can also learn more about DNBi’s system capabilities with three critical guided tours: DNBi Basic Admin Tour, DNBi Decision Maker Admin Tour and DNBi Account Manager Admin Tour.
- FAQs – Provides answers to the most common questions about DNBi’s key features and functionality.
ACCOUNT SETUP: Additional activities are required if you’ve licensed DNBi Decision Maker or Account Manager.
