What is the Account Inbox?

The Account Inbox is the starting point for managing accounts. Accounts are organized by status. Simply click on a status to view a list of accounts with that status (e.g., clicking on Credit Hold Advised displays all accounts that are strong candidates for a credit hold based on your rules).
