Who should I contact at D&B if I don't know my DNBi login e-mail and password?
You should first ask a DNBi administrator at your company to reset your password. You’ll receive an e-mail containing both your DNBi login e-mail and a temporary password. You can then log in to DNBi and set your new password.
If you are the primary DNBi administrator and you forget your DNBi login e-mail and password, you’ll need to contact D&B customer support at 1-800-234-DUNS with your 9-digit D&B Subscriber Code. Ask the customer service representative to reset your DNBi password. You’ll receive an e-mail with your DNBi login e-mail and a temporary password. You can then log in to DNBi and set your new password.
