Do I have to download all prospects that match my criteria?

No, you can limit the records you download. When you finish entering your selection criteria, click on the “View Results” button. The businesses that meet your criteria and the count are displayed, giving you the opportunity to review your search results before downloading any records. You can select individual businesses to download by checking the box next to the Company Name. When you have selected all the businesses you want, click the “Download List” button. Only those businesses you selected will be downloaded.

If you want to limit the records you download, the recommended way to do so is by refining your search criteria rather than selecting businesses one-by-one. Click the “Edit Criteria” button to go back to the Search for Prospects screen where you specify your criteria.
