What is the turnaround time?

Prospect lists generated from a search are returned immediately. If you do not open or save the result file immediately, it can take up to 60 minutes for the order to appear in the My Orders table.

Prospect lists generated by a Look Alike analysis are completed within 24 hours of when they are submitted for processing.

If your order is not completed within the appropriate window, you should contact Customer Care to report the issue by calling 1-800-234-3867.
