Match Data Profile is a report that identifies the type of name and address to which your data matched. For example, a company name can match to the primary company name, the tradestyle, the former business name, a former tradestyle, the CEO name, a former CEO, an additional executive, a former executive, a short name, or a brand. Addresses can match to the current building number and street, the former building number and street, the home building number and street, the current PO box, the former mailing address, a personal mail address, a current phone or a former phone. This report provides you with the count and distribution of your customer records based on the Match Data Profile code.
