Can I customize my reports?
Yes, you can customize both how the report Overview page is organized, as well as how certain data is displayed within the report itself.
Report Organization Customization - You can select which sections of the File Analysis report you would like displayed on the Overview page. Optimizer allows you to select up to 6 sections to display. Optimizer Premium allows you to select up to 8 sections to display. You can accomplish this in one of two ways:
- From the Overview page, click on the �Customize� icon in the upper right of the screen. You will be presented with a list of all possible report sections and their descriptions. Click the Add Item or Remove Item button next to each section per your requirements. Click the Return to Overview button when you are finished.
- From the Overview page, on each section displayed you can click the arrow button to move that section around on the page, or you can click the �x� button to delete that section from displaying.
Data Display Customization � You can customize how data is displayed for SIC, Number of Employees ranges, and Revenue ranges:
- SIC � You can select whether to display the top 5 or top 10 SICs. You can also select whether to display the 2 or 4digit SIC. You make your selection within the Major Industry Division report. The selections you make will be retained within DNBi until you change them.
- Employee Range � You can modify Employee Distribution ranges to customize the Small, Medium, and Large ranges to correspond with your business� view of company size. From the Employee Distribution report, click on the Customize icon. Select the Use Custom Ranges option and select a value in the drop down menu for Small employee count and Large employee count. Click Return to Report, and your customizations will be displayed in the report. These customizations are saved within DNBi until you change them.
- Revenue Distribution � You can modify revenue distribution ranges to customize the Low, Medium and High ranges to correspond with your business� view. From the Employee Distribution report, click on the Customize icon. Select the Use Custom Ranges option and select a value in the drop down menu for Low revenue range and High revenue range. Click Return to Report, and your customizations will be displayed in the report. These customizations are saved within DNBi until you change them.
