What columns/fields are required in my input?

D&B recommends you include Company Name, Address, PO Box, City, State, Zip and Phone in your input file to get the best match. Minimum required fields to match to D&B US data are Company Name and State. If these fields are not included in your input file you will not be permitted to submit the file.

For Optimizer Premium users, Country is an additional required field. If the country field is left blank, then the record will be processed as a US record.
