Who should I contact at D&B if I don’t know my DNBi login name and password?
You should first ask your company’s DNBi administrator to reset your password. You’ll receive an e-mail containing both your DNBi login name and a temporary password. You can then log in to DNBi and set your new password.
If you are the primary DNBi administrator and you forget your DNBi login name and password, you’ll need to contact D&B Customer Support at 1-800-234-3867 with your 9-digit D&B Subscriber Number. Ask the Customer Support Representative to reset your DNBi password. You’ll receive an e-mail with your DNBi login name and a temporary password. You can then log in to DNBi and set your new password.
