Can I customize my output file?

Yes, you can customize your output file each time you download a file. Download defaults will be automatically populated for the standard output layout which includes cleansing data, match data and append data. You can customize your file downloads by modifying the selections. Your customization options include the following:

• Output file layout – Optimizer provides default layouts (mailing, telemarketing, CRM) for you to choose from.
• Add/Delete fields – Optimizer enables you to include or exclude Data Cleansing Fields and Match Data Fields
• Matched/Unmatched Records – Optimizer allows you to include or exclude matched records in your output file. Additionally you can elect to put your unmatched records into a separate output file.
• Number of files – Optimizer enables you to receive your output as a single file or as multiple files.
